Every single share holder here should hold Don Lay accountable if they feel he is doing a poor job.  Please email him, talk to him, let him know your frustration.  Bullshot you should simply sell your shares and stop hoping.  Like you said time to exit please follow your own words.  Don Lay has proven to be incompetent.  I will eat my shoe if he does anything in terms of relevant news to increase our share price.
