look at defense materials they drilled there site and have good looking property. Has AcDc drilled there site? Is there any value ithere? How do you do a listing without this info. I'd like to know.

if I read the release correctly the new board member will not join until the reverse, uplisting and financing (MORE dilution) before he joins.
and then on top of that MARK is going to be a director getting paid.
I'ld like that job ...deliver nothing and get paid?
The chart tells it all. Mark has not delivered on one thing. And is still getting paid ...give me a break.
