how does this tie in to Medallion?   are they a potential licensee of monazite process?

MLLOF holds a significant amount of pre-IPO shares. Licensing Medallion tech to use in their (ACDC's) plant once built, and a number of other returns for Medallion laid out in the LOI they signed with ACDC this past summer.

Medallion was part of the design/plan for ACDC from the start. The whole purpose is to combine resources to be able to compete and sustain in the monazite/REE space that China currently dominates. I am invested for the long term if milestones are hit and progress is made my guess is this may be a 3-5 yr undetaking and hopefully other deals are hatched I have no idea what kinda potential revnues or market cap could be had 10's of millions or hundreds of millions     from this point I am hoping at least a 5x considering the amount of speculation involved

Things are happening this AM. Wonder if ACDC IPO announcement is anticipated soon. Last week ended with a pretty solid base at .08US. And for sure the great purge of Don Lay's shares is over so... conditions look favarable for a strong start to the year. Folks are gonna be skimming profits at the peaks, so likely will be a bumpy ride on the way up.
