Corp update/questions
What to make of this: "...working to expand its exposure to the technologies essential for the energy transition including the rare earth elements..." Does that hint that they're they looking beyond REEs? Also, interesting that Kurt Forrester was part of a mass e-suite exodus from Innovation Metals Corp last month. What could that have been about?

ausheds hinted at looking into other areas last month forrestor bolted ucore/imc (along with gareth hatch) doesnt give me any warm and fuzzy feelings as a ucore lemming

Other areas ...we dont need other areas.... New board member and the next day no trading...wtf you would think he would bring a few new shareholders with him.... Re: up listing ...not sure you can't up lift an .08 share don't think so... oH well will have to wait another ...........what? Good story. Not being run well..

Nek this is slow AF fact is, its difficult to see why I put money in this ACDC IPO should be happening soon really hear squat about purdue separation testing too will give it some more time any multi pop may move on into other things if they dont report something promising soon

Chardan Capital: https://www.chardan.com/ They specialize in SPAC IPOs. This whole MDL/ACDC business seems like it could be setting up for a merger of some type. Thoughts?
