looking for some sort of arrangement with Ucore. The article has the marking of Ucore written all over it. RSX (Rapid Solvent Extraction) Technology was founded and headed by Forrester and recently resigned from Ucore. They even use the term "RAPID" in the PR. www.ucore.com

RSX was NOT "founded and headed by Forrester", he's been an independent contractor out of London for years, including a long involvement with MDL developing  the monazite process. You are confused with Gareth Hatch. He was hired to do DD on Ucore's IMC purchase and subsequently offered a non exclusive position at IMC to assist development, so well aware where Ucore is not

Pointed to this a number of times, Patrick Wong was CEO of IMC originally, Gareth Hatch was one of the partners, not sure what happened to Patrick but seems to have disappeared before the Ucore purchase.
