My take from paragraph two is that Desjeans is trying to wear too many hats and therefore will not be albe to do justice to any of them. I would take one of those areas to lead and be able to show a definite impact in that area.  Personally,  I would like to see Sylvain take on the marketing portfolio or whichever area best sutied to his expertise.  The main goal is to show

agreed I believe sylvain needs to address shareholders concerns regarding the problems they've been encountering and how he plans to solve them immediately. Then bring something to the table that shows to investors that the board is no longer a dysfunctional team.

I think that is why he is now President and CEO so he can address the very issues you have highlighted. He will no longer be CRO that was merely a placeholder to evaluate him as a potential President and CEO.

Sylvain has a very long pedigree. A very well repected person in the health care field. Just look back at his time at Aspen Pharma. As when it comes to another P.P. if they need the cash to continue where we want this company to be then they do it. If they do a RS then they do it. We will be fine in the coming months.
