given that the finacials are not early this leads to the speculation that as a leader in the space being preemptive with disclosing numbers ahead of the deadline is an indication of what's to come As an example Mike suggested months ago that website would be populated with more scanners and then amount of scans. With the ask of more money and an extension as well this certainly looks like a ship in troubled waters. I am still routing for success but they have still yet to prove money in the bank

I hate to say this after all the years and comments I have made on this board, but I am beside myself right now. I anticipated these numbers would have been out first thing this morning. I am also a bit concerned seeing CBDT which MDX is involved with has now announced a delay in their filing. This is a deep concern to myself. I really hope I am wrong on this one. Hope they do not say the same by

I hear you. The company is clearly in dire straits. Since Q1 will probably come out tomorrow afternoon/evening after trading hours I'm actually not expecting their profit to be above 100k. The fruits of 20 years of labour have produced what? 11 scanners in The Netherlands, a pilot with Vitamed and a smattering of scanners around Canada. And I can't even gauge if the guidance is genuinely

definitely not we are all frustrated with the lack of progress and seemingly endless smattering of hope. I really think true guidance is in order and the board of directors and CEO should seriously address investors. Lying to us quarter after quarter is clearly lacking integrity Here's to cocktail hour tomorrow night. Maybe we should organize a good place to drown our sorrows after tomorrow

Yes, you're right  - unless they've applied for a delayed filing that wasn't made public. Q2 should be available at the end of May.

As May 1st fell on a Saturday, personal income tax filing/payments have until end of May 2 (the next business day) to be completed.  Perhaps MDX's filing is taking advantage of the latter and if this were the case we should see something tonight or before midnight or end of day?  Especially since there has been no notice of a late filing, which they are not shy in doing...   ..

On Yahoo Finance the next financials are indicated as due 31 May - 03 June 2022.  Medx last provided Financials end-Nov 2021 so end-May would be 6 months... I really don't follow micro caps closely - are they only required to report every 6 months vice quarterly for larger cap stocks?
