Bad time to be looking for cash

Now they are offering 8% on notes, but f the Prime goes up 3/4 of a percent as anticipated, it may be too little to attract enough punters. The management are just sooooo inept!

it's never a bad time to be looking for money. If they were actually making money, putting out solid positive news releases, or just anything that would indicate they're moving forward they would have no problem finding money.
