What went wrong?

I remember being sort of hyped up adding up on the "rumors" that a deal with Air Canada was very serious, a deal with Shopper's was very serious, same with a deal with the firefighters, etc! What the @#$& happened ? Would be nice to hear something other than change in personal!

Shoppers was a classic.... I guess they would slide in machine beside the blood pressure machine and let people freak out on the results they could not understand or on the way to the doctor's office.... They never clearly laid that out.... but Ole insightful had a turn at this! They should be tossed in jail.
