RE: Nova

RE: Nova

They owe us $100k by the 21st, so we'll find out whether they make the payment or not. I doubt they'll walk away right now to save $100k, but they can basically sit on their rear for about 2 years and do nothing but give us 100k now and another 100k next June. I think we'll be strung along until they get their house in order. If the gold sector gets hot again, perhaps they'll jump back in, but I almost expect them to walk if things stay like this. They've got all they can handle with their other properties and everyone hates the gold companies due to rising development costs, so they may not want to be spread thin. If they do walk, I don't think we should take it as a sign that the property has no future; in fact, it looks quite appealing. I just wish they had to act sooner, as MFM shareholders are tired of having slow-moving partners. Its been a terrible few years to be a prospect generator.

Most of you already know that my ability to predict the future is down right lousy, so don't put much stock in my opinion. The only thing I can say that you can't argue with is that we have a lot of great properties and if conditions improve globally, we'll be in a good position to capitalize.
