Well as everyone knows it has not been good for Marifil these past few years -- in addition, they have kept shareholders in the dark as to the Limestone project and the reasons behind the continued need for further due diligence for that project.  How long can one dangle that carrot before losing credibility?

So do shareholders want a change in management?   More transparency if nothing else?  Well, MFM has filed their date for the next Annual General Meeting.  The AGM is on June 22, 2016, the location TBA.

Everyone on the BOD have been there at least 10 years except for Mr. Sweatman.  They probably like the status quo but I certainly would like to change things up a bit!

If we vote against John Hite as a Director that will be a strong message to the Board as well as possibly create a more autonomous BOD.
