Midasco Gold Corp. has entered into agreements to complete a private placement of 2,500,000
special warrants at a price of $0.12 per special warrant for proceeds of $300,000, subject to
regulatory approval. Each special warrant is exercisable on filing of a prospectus or annual
information form, into a unit consisting of one share and one share purchase warrant exercisable at
$0.16 per share for a one year period. Proceeds will be used for general working capital. The
