RE:RE:I Believe Brent Cook Is the Cause of the Weakness.Juanhunglo -
Ordinarily I would not dignify your verbal diarrhoea with a response as you are obviously uneducated, fractious, easily misled and of low IQ and incapable of accurately communicating in a cogent manner but your appalling ignorance requires you be corrected and shown for the embarassment to humanity that you are.
If you were not so ignorant and self-righteous you would know Cook has not been a full-time field geologist for ten years. All he ever had for education 40 yeaqrs ago was a basic undergrauate degree from Utah. Big deal. He forsook geology as real geologists engage in it for writing newsletters, sitting on "panels" and appearing on entertainment videos like Kitco which dullards like you spend your time watching because you are easily deceived by the con artists who appear thereon. Therefore, I would more properly refer to Cook as a "newsletter writer."
Maple Gold's geologist, OTOH, is far more highly trained and spends his time actually DOING geology. Fred Speidel holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Geology from McGill University, and a M.Sc. (Mineral Exploration) from Queen’s University. He also holds the P. Geo. designation. Now, HE is a
real geologist.
But you didn't know that, did you, along with all the other things you don't know. If Cook was a geologist, how is it he has the leisure time to appear at every resource show, Kitco, etc. to "sit" on some panel or other? There is an old saying that when you cannot accomplish something, you "teach" others how to.
Name me one single really major geological find Cook has ever made. You can't do it because there are none. Why do you think he sits on panels, poses for videos and writes a newsletter?
Because he is
ENTERTAINMENT to goofs like you who lack the intelligence to understand how his outrageous obfuscations bring in the bucks for his newsletter, etc. and all the moreso when he utters
erroneous statements regardless of the damage they do.
Or did those incongruencies ever cross your mind or whatever you have that allows you to function cognitively at the low level you do?
His statements about
Maple Gold were damaging and there is no other way to put it if you are honest. This is, in part, what the company had to say in their news release:
In Maple Gold’s opinion, this newsletter writer erred in several ways on this occasion, which resulted in several erroneous conclusions that the Company believes had a potentially negative impact on the Company’s recent share price: - Inadequate context was provided about the deposit characteristics and exploration stage
- The conversation was limited to focusing on a single aspect of the press release, i.e. the presence of a 1.5m high grade interval within a broad, lower grade interval
- The use of an interval calculator to obtain a “residual” interval (156.5m) and grade (0.44 g/t Au) described by the newsletter writer as “all waste”, overlooking the 52m long interval averaging 3.53 g/t Au (uncut) shown at the bottom of the broader interval (headlined in the release, highlighted in the first paragraph, table and shown on the cross section).
- The current largely inferred resource cut-off was confused with an eventual mine reserve cut-off to support the declaration that the average “residual” grade as calculated corresponded to waste. For reference, the closest analogue geologically to Douay in the Abitibi, the Malartic mine, has used mine cut-offs of 0.28 to 0.35 g/t Au (Agnico Eagle August 13, 2014 News Release).
More critically, the 52m long interval included 21m of 7.87 g/t Au uncut (also disclosed in Maple Gold’s press release), within which 20 of 36 samples gave between 1.1 to 186.1 g/t Au – hardly waste! Furthermore, had the newsletter writer plugged the 1.5m high-grade interval from the 52m @ 3.53 g/t Au interval into the “drill hole interval calculator”, the “residual” average grade over the balance of the 52m interval returns more than 1 g/t Au. Again, clearly the suggestion that the entire drill-hole other than 1.5m was “all waste” was a very erroneous conclusion reached by a simplified approach to support a specific narrative. So, if you possess the capacity to read and understand, which is highly doubtful, you can see that
Maple Gold has shown that in their opinion, this newsletter writer erred in several ways on this occasion, which resulted in several erroneous conclusions that the Company believes had a potentially negative impact on the Company’s recent share price. . . Some "geologist," but good enough obviously to fool you. LOL
You're a waste of time and a disgrace to the board.
If you're too weak and spineless to support your company, if in fact you have any shares in MGM, the "donkey," as you called the company, scram. Turncoats and traitors like you are not welcome here.
Maple Gold will in due time make fools out of both you and your great "geologist."
Be sure you read the latest copy of his "newsletter."
Get lost.
