Inomin Mines Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on the identification, acquisition, and exploration of mineral properties. Its projects include Beaver Magnesium-Nickel-Cobalt, Lynx Nickel, La Gitana Gold-Silver, Pena Blanca Gold-Silver and King’s Point gold-Copper-Zinc Royalty. RE:Tsxventure ;To move the project forward, they can go about it 3 ways: 1. Raise from the market via a private placement 2. Get a strategic investor on board 3. Enter into a joint venture by selling part of the project Going by their responses to you on avoiding dilution, Option 1 looks highly unlikely. In any case, they've had the opportunity to raise at much higher prices. While Option 2 will still lead to dilution, the Company would get the added benefit of having a cornerstone investor among its shareholders. However, management's reticence to dilution makes me think Option 3 is more likely to occur. If we do indeed go this route, I hope the deal involves a cash payment and we do not lose the majority share of the project. Only time will tell. ALL THE BEST
