Good Read Lateral Flow COVID Tests

Read to the bottom, 3rd last paragraph - Specifically,  Dr. Gottlieb said that lateral flow tests, which provide a readout on a device like a pregnancy test, could be coming onto the U.S. market soon.

Wait, doesn't MIR use lateral flow technology and it is patented?
