Not sure Who and the PLANS/OBJECTIVES. 

Low Volume as mentioned  many times CORNERED stock. 

Perhaps SOMEONE? could be  (M.) still trying to enticed the 
HARDCORE MINORITY LONG-TERM SHAREHOLDER to GIVE UP and MAKE an EXIT?

Should consider putting a much higher BID consider 0.18 maybe more successful to lure the HARDCORE minority Shareholders
