PENDING & ANTICIPATING in recent reports 
While these words properly point out the fact that 
nothing is guaranteed,
he obviously had a reason(s)
to present these VISIONS OF CHRISTMAS BONUSES 
to his company’s PERENNIAL LUMP OF COAL FOR CHRISTMAS shareholders

Eventually the reasons will be clear
