Why bother with agm. ?????

Shareholders who have attended many many agm’s tell me they’re a waste of time and money 
I have attended and participated in a half dozen or so and I agree

A virtual agm is more feasible for me   the presenters -either in person or virtually —can not divulge anything !!  Why ask questions that will be danced around  or not answered
