lets put some dates behind: Looking forward to: 1. HKEX listing resolution - before chinese new year :D dreams aside, the deadline for the seconf application is 31.03.2023. Due to the history of our top management, would not suprise me if they come out at the last possible date. Worst case, they fail a second time and communicate nothing. (Like the first application) 2. A few posts over the last few weeks have mentioned that shareholder approval is required for an HKEX listing. How is this supposed to be done by the end of March? How long does a voting process like this take?

HKEX requires. Audited 2022 Financial results so we should see Q4 results some time in late March. Appoval of the HKEX listing will be after that listing is approved. Someone mentioned that a cash dividend might be needed to induce the majority of the minority ( us retail largely ) to vote for its proxy majority..would be nice as I am sitting on the fence

well its not what i like or not, its not an uninportant factual difference. HKEX listing does not need to wait for the Year End 2022, they could come out with a positive note well before.

HI, as far as i understand it, is a Shareholder approval required to get the approval from the canadian stock exchange (TMX) where Majestic is listed. This makes perfect sense. The approval would be requested within an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, similar to the year AGM of Majestic. If you are a registered shareholder, it is easy to vote. The vast majority will hold their share
