Majestic Gold Corp. > Worst Case / Best Case

Worst Case / Best Case

The worst case scenario in my opinion is a double again this year. This happens if nothing changes, NO Gold price increase, NO produciton increase, NO HKEX listing resolution, NO improvement in Grade etc... All lot of NO's BUT still a DOUBLE 20c +/-

Best case production doubles to 80,000 oz's and Gold price rises to about $2200 and nothing else happens we will easily see 50c +/-

Other events like HKEX listing or further property development or aquisition or hitting a rich grade vein etc... we can cross 70c +/-

So net net its a 2x to 7x in due and with a little bit of luck!!!

i like to work with PE ratio, since this is the standart to evaluate the shareprice (for compansy that actually earn resonable money). Scenario 1 (minus the dividend) is reality right now. This brings us to a PE ratio of about 4. This is ridiculous for a 20mio+ net profit with a very safe business model and no exceptional risks and 50 mio+ cash on its hand. PE ratio should be right now at ...more

PEG usually can much better predict the future of the company.  PE for MJS has been around 4 to 6 for a little while. I am hoping to get past PE of 10 before getting to a normal 15-18.  PE of 10 will get the share price in CAD to about 25c to 30 cents. I am with Value on this lets get to 15c then worry about 20c.  In either case i think a Double or Triple is a minimum within reach ...more

As long was we don't get any official indication on future growth - PEG is not more than a "know it all" mention and was and is not of much of use as of right now.  This stock does not follow a normal chart pattern, it is completely news driven. So I don't agree on your prediction on slow upside, consolidation, double this year and then see. If management finally does it ...more

i base my opinions on arguments, if you do the same if have no problem. I often express my valuation towards others and their work here in the forum  - PEG is not much of use because their are no reliable future growth data - i believe MJS is 100% news driven, that means, if we get positive news, we jump to a resonable shareprice thats it, no need for you to start highschool camplife again ...more

Use whatever metric makes you happy. All i know is i am extremely thrilled to be invested in MJS and already up 35% in few months and looking forward to 100-200% return within the next 1-2 years. Not sure what you are so sour for.   Maybe bit off more than you could chew or have a higher cost base.  Both of those are not company problems those are you problem. The math is very simple ...more

There are many underlying reasons contributing to a stocks valuation. For myself, risk aversion rank. Majestic has 75 % of its market cap covered by its cash position and that cash positions continues to rise. Majestic has one of the lowest Gold cash costs  in the world, hence its very high operating margins ensures robust free cash flows. Majestic has the resources to increase both ...more

I recall in one of the HKEX documents that they might, through process efficiencies gains, squeeze out 2.5 tons in 2023. They began pushing back the first mining bench exposing the higher grade ore  in Q2 of 2021. I don't know how long this might take but as the stated costs are not considered to be substantial, perhaps 6 months. Grade control drilling would go hand in hand with this ...more
