6 month Lockdown for MJS trading PRG shares

So, that takes us to late June 2024 before controlling shareholders like Majestic can consider selling some of its PRG shares .

That can proceed but it must remain a controlling shareholder.

At least that's my interpretation .

As far as I am aware, similar lockdown restrictions apply to the International holders but not the 50 m shares of the public float which begins trading next week..
