I don't want  to defend the management, but a comparison of the MJS share price with th VanEck Junior Gold Miners ETF over  the last 3 years shows, that the entire sector has a problem:

good point! But now we're listed at the HKEX and the company wants to become a tier 2 producer and obviously the market consider us as a junior, at best. Maybe news that PRG will use the money in the intended way and builds up a stable gold company will bring the turnaround for PRG,  but not for Majestic. A hard long journey ahead.
