No, you're just showing yourself to be dumb because both companies have very different levels of liquidity issues.

SCG has demonstrated an ability to finance recently. MKI has not and had to take a deadly loan with terms for just a few months and is secured against the assets just to continue operations for a few more months. Can they find that capital now? Who knows. But if they do it will be badly dilutive. The market cap on MKI is $3M now and even the most bullish people will have to admit the company will need at least that much infusion of cash to get to profitability, and probably a lot more. And that's disregarding the debt that is coming due this year.

Both companies have about the same losses, but SCG does it on a well-established revenue base, MKI's margins are in the several hundred or thousand percent to the negative.

Big difference and the market knows it too as MKI hits news lows almost daily and SCG has doubled off of theirs.
