Someone said that they haven't gotten the next tranche of financing because they didn't need it yet. Can someone confirm that the tranches can be drawn upon request? Because the other scenario is that they need the cash but no one is willing to lend at this time. That means trouble. The neutral scenario is that they use it but don't issue a press release.
