RE: RE: RE: RE: Revenue breakdown I was checking the financials to see if it was worth a buy and it wasn't. The motto "if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all" doesn't apply to the stock market. Also you have provided absolutely no use to this board whatsoever. Whether people agree or disagree with my opinion, everyone must admit I did make a concerted effort to go through the financials and provide a truthful opinion on them. What have you done? Stated this:
"if PROJECTION ARE REALIZED we'll be just fine"
What projection? What nonsense are you talking about? This is just pure pumping garbage and lies. The company has not announced any type of financial or business forecast to the public, except this from their MD&A:
In the absence of immediate new capital financing, the Company does not expect that cash on hand, and future cash flows generated from operations, will support the repayment of these financial liabilities when they are scheduled to come due.
Although any forecast of future cash inflows or outflows is subject to a certain amount of uncertainty, and
despite the new capital raised in July and December of 2012, it is a certainty that it will be necessary for
the Company to immediately raise additional capital to meet its business objectives and longer-term - 14 -liquidity demands. If the additional capital is raised at current share prices through the sale of equity or
convertible debt securities, this would result in significant dilution to the existing shareholders
So really, no the company is NOT fine if they meet their projections, because they project WITH CERTAINTY that they need a massive capital influx which if done through equity results in signficant dilution to existing shareholders. Their words, not mine. If it's done through debt, then that increases their chance of bankruptcy even further. That's my words, not theirs, but anyone looking through their financials can admit that CCAA is a significantly real possibility.
I suggest if you don't like my words, then go ahead and ignore me and put your head back in the sand until one day you wake up with a big goose egg in your account. But I will not stop posting if I have something useful to say. Unlike you who has never had one useful thing to say yet. Go ahead, I challenge you to go through that MD&A and come up with a bullish case for MKI.
