https://www.medipattern.com/ So was this just another complete hose job by a Venture company. Go belly up, hose all shareholders and re emerge as a brand new company. Even using the old company's website. Amazing. Rotten to the core? Would anybody like to now invest in the new company? Nothing on the website to say who the excutive team are ... or the board.

Sad end. all the assets were purchased for a pathetic $500K, and much of that was used to pay the courts. Even the debenture holders got a pretty bad shafting.
