RE: THIS ONE IS A LAUGHER FROM THE PAST...

So what is it...

Failure on the part of the exploratory crews on site in Nicaragua to prove up  (NI-43-101) the resources alleged to be in excess of one million ounces per ceo D.K. EVANS (CASH COW REPORT) ?

The overall global economic downturn in the precious metals sector causing even the top tier corporations to go in the tank and their BODs to be reigned in by shareholder disproval of poor management?

Or the absolute dismal performance failures of GRR corporate to increase shareholder value in allowing the share price to tank this past year and blow through the cash on hand in the company treasury thus requiring additional cheap paper to be placed in the float ?

Good questions and many know the answers!!
