RE:Why????

RE:Why????
You have missed nothing! But...look at what the market and the investment community knows. An LOI has been signed. A great first step as it is apparent someone shares the vision. But it is *only* an LOI. If, as or when an actual deal is signed, then the chair holders will have something to shout about. Due diligence process is ongoing and from what I hear, the process is moving along 'better than good'. But what else do we know right now? Bupkas. What should we be knowing...well, how about the updated technical report, or the met study - just to name a couple of important pieces of information. And we all know that GRR puts out news when they are good and ready and not a moment before. And you know that some investors sell when there is no news released. The way I see it...when it comes to growing trees there are many ways to organize natural growth. I understand some tree farmers might be all about the heavy use of fertilizer and other growth stimulants - but then again, they are all about harvesting the tree and selling it off as lumber. Other's like to grow a show tree...and that takes time, caring and conscientious work.
