How do you value?

How do you value? Here is the 10,000 dollar question for me.If they ramp this up to 1000 tons a day and show that all in sustaining costs remain at 700 in today's dollars and produce profits of 1200 per ounce plus add another say 2 to 3 mil ounces done in this conservative manner over the next 2 years how the heck do you value every ounce in the ground. What would it cost to buy this company out.Especcialy if This could all be done on say 25% of their land package
