Its Genex Project is located 20 kilometers west of Timmins, which includes 70 claims, six patents and one partial lease totaling 1,616 hectares. The Val-d’Or Property is located over 35 kilometers east of Val d’Or and is comprised of 120 claims covering approximately 6,333.04 hectares.

In August 11 press release announced that "within 10 days" the agreement would be done today is 10 days !!!!
