2 "D"'s and an "F" is not school time anymore.
Has anyone reviewed the notice to the AGM next week? Go ahead and vote for 3 directors.... 2 D's and an F not that the fourth, Mr. Myung made much of a difference.
This move is suspect and suspicious given their leadership to date.
For self-declared businessmen, the DeLuce incompetence in running MKR over these years borders on self-serving treachery......It trumps the Trumps.
Only legit reason for having ONLY 3 directors is to facilitate a merger of sorts when you are the "weak sister". There is minimal board intrusion into the "NEW" company. Barring that, it now becomes a private fiefdom at the public's expense.
At this point, I would welcome any entity that could throw these people out of the Broussseau closet office.
