Yes Ernie is still in charge and when taking account the ongoing depressed condition of the companies project develoopment cycles and parallel stock price woes will, in all likelyhood, result in the same managerial style being in place which will have the same results returned.

Millstream is due for a change in stewardship as the ongoing resutls returned over time have not kept up with acceptable standards towards sharholders.
