The most recent Company developments have greatly enhanced the odds on MMA being a takeover target
---- Taken back 100% control of the Solwezi licences , comprising the crown jewel of the Zambian copperbelt - for Zero cost or dilution
---- Acquired the most granular geo data set -Valued at $ 9 million for zero cost or dilution.
---- Brought in the top geoscientist on the Zambian /Congo copperbelt in Dr.Dorling who has remodelled the structural geology of four world class targets
----Drilled one of them , the Mitu, on which assays are pending

Recent news release indicated: Midnight Sun has committed to up to 4,500 metres of drilling at its Solwezi Licences for the 2022 field season. The drill meterage has been allocated to 4 targets (Figure 1) which include the known Mitu and Dumbwa prospects and two new targets at North 22 Zone and the Crunch Zone. Hopefully by the end of the season will have reults for all 4 permited areas.
