The climate for copper is as good or better than it's been in a long time. North of $4, massive inventory shortages, strife, strikes, government interventions and permit halts/cancellations and yet here we are, still languishing and crickets on the news release front, drills results still pending - such good times. I expect another private placement dilution before we get the drill results

Is this even legal? How can they issue shares at a 75% discount to the current market price and how can insiders amass 25% of the offering at these prices? Are where is the required news release? This is turning the wrong direction I fear but at least they are all averaging down in the C-Suites in Vancouver so the fall for them won't be nearly as far.
