He might be referring to the recent court decision siding with the First Nation which quashed Yukon Government approval for exploration at Mackay by MMG which it wasn't doing anyway. MMG has focused on advancing its projects at Keno and La Plata in recent years. This ruling won't have much impact, if any at all.

MMG have not listed any activity at McKay since February,2020-three years ago. It is insignificant regarding the sp.
