Consultancy payments to management

Consultancy payments to managementI do not like this:

The Company has entered into four consulting agreements with a director and three companies controlled separately by two directors and an officer of the Company for management and corporate financial consulting services. The total monthly fee for these consulting agreements is $27,000 (2018 - $27,000).

I do not like their inability to stick to timelines either.

Having said that, should the geological model (which remains intact imo despite results being somewhat underwhelming so far) come up trumps, all will be forgiven.
Without the high grade '87 result I would have sold most of my position after the last results.
Fortunately, we are nearly there and so the the frustrations are, for me, worth bearing.

Opinions??
