Because drilling in the area is very expensive, when MMV raises money, it increases its odds of making a discovery - the larger the PP the better the odd of a discovery. A large PP will really help increase the odds here and the market will respond in kind.
Once the PP is announced (hearing they are close), given the raising price of Gold as a backdrop, I am expecting a nice snap-back in its stock price.
