RE:1.28 Miilion?
The $1.28 million PP is a stand alone financing separate from any talked about larger financing that may occur. There are mumerous placees taking part by the sounds of the news release MMV put out stating they had extended the closing date to Sept. 30 which is today. It will close today unless they got a further extension. Hopefully MMV will put out a news release today sometime indicating it is closed.
