In the posted video of NELSON BAKERS interview he said that managment and insiders control 60% of the issued shares of MMV. He also said that he is aware of 10% more shares that are backing his dream.

This is the last declaration that the entire BOD filed for the last AGM.




 ELECTION OF DIRECTORS The size of the Corporation’s Board is currently set at six. It is intended that the number of directors to be elected by the shareholders be set at six. Each of the six director nominees are currently directors of the Corporation and have agreed to stand for re-election. The Board has determined that the number of persons to be elected as directors of the Company be set at six (6). The term of office of each of the present directors expires at the Meeting. My math is a little sticky, perhaps Mineralmtgold, can explain the difference between the declared positions of the BOD in sedar filings, to the statment by Nelson of the 60% share ownership by management and insiders, plus the 10% shareholder support he receives.
My calculator indicates that management and insiders hold less than 5% of the issued share capital of this company.

Maybe that is why this stock trades like no one owns any of it?
