RE:BalanceI tend to agree with you MineralMt1Gold regarding the reason for the long delay in financing.
Given that the Baker family and friends hold such a large percentage of the shares in MMV, I would expect that they would not shortchange themselves or the minority shareholders by giving away too much in the negotiated deal. And I am sure the potential investors will want to take advantage of the currently depressed SP.
That is one reason why I held back from complaining about the delays in financing , because that would only play into the hands of the potential investors wanting to leverage on the delays by putting pessure on the MMV negotiators
