as for posting this the long and involved reasos and reasoning why this is a BAD deal for the shareholder (of which I am one) have been posted on this blog
This is just a encapsulation of what those resons are put boiled down and put into a few words that express the proper conclusion one must come to after considering all the FACTS
If you do not like the awwwful language I used to express my conclusion I apologize to you and anyone else on this board who may have been offended by my plain language
to tell me to go somwhere else is another matter for the last time I checked this is a free country where one can express ones opinion
