RE: Call To Action, lets tell them how we feel

Guyzoo,

While I do not automatically assume the PP is horrible for shareholders, I as a shareholder have not received enough information from Management to know what makes sense.  In the absence of such info, I am of the camp that the PP should at least be delayed until shareholders do receive the relevant info.

Given that though, for you to totally absolve Goldmet of the recent press release mess is mind boggling.  I still can't believe they would go ahead with it without the express consent of Monument.  At the very least the bad blood among the parties is now worse.   There was nothing out there that would give credence to your speculation of what might have happened.  Your speculation however is consistent with the view that you are way too close to Goldmet, or you may even BE Goldmet.  To be fair, whether you are or not is irrelevant to whether the PP makes sense or not.  The latest snafu however does make me question Goldmet's judgement at the very least, and their integrity at the worst (did they issue the press release to force Management's hand with a fait accompli?).

Regardless of how I feel about you personally, I do wish you well and hope you have a safe and enjoyable vacation.
