Could someone ask Baldock to relax, settle down, accumulate reserve and run the business like a CEO that can improve shareholders value? That would be a change and could form a legacy for him. After all he is getting on in years and should retire. That would be another option. What a change that would mean for the company. The major institutional shareholders could also see an increase in their investment. They promised to hold the peace for a year, but then things will change. So watch out for better next year. Just my view as the fly on the wall. IMO goofy
