RE:6 Additional Directorsfrom NR: "a notice of nominations for six additional directors at its upcoming annual general meeting." poorly worded but means to me that an additional slate of 6 directors are to be considered to replace existing serving directors. A ploy of the presently shafted bag holders to have their input into the company. Remember, Goldmet agreed to hold the line til next AGM. Well the AGM is coming up and it will be an interesting one. It is very likely that these new directors will be voted in and send Baldock packing.
The retail shareholders are not the only ones miffed at the share value that Baldock is unable to raise.
Goldmet with its 54.1M shares has interest to control Monument. The silence imposed on Goldmet is over. Baldock did not perform.
Out with the old in with the new directors. It would be interesting to know who the additional directors are and who put them forward.
