RE:Advanced Planning for Heap Leach 2016

RE:Advanced Planning for Heap Leach 2016Resumption of mining at Murchison was delayed in late 2016 due to a much lower price of gold and because Monument did have the cash flow to fund its full development.

Further, more drilling was required to delineate more fully the best locations for mine feed.

Subsequently suffiicent drilling was performed for an updated 43-101 in 2018 and more drilling was done in 2020 on key areas.

What has emerged recently was the discovery that a large high grade tailings heap was discovered near Tumblegum, from previous mining 30 years or so earlier.

This can be a very cheap early stage feed both to the mill and for heap leaching.

The decision not proceed to mining in 2016 was the correct one.

As is the decision to resume mining in the near future..
