Our best action is to expand our following of shareholders and act as a group when required.
A person sending a complaint has little chance of any action being taken. A group sending multiple individual complaints will require regulators to react.
We must be aware of all regulations relating to security legislation and once we see the actions being taken then we react in an appropriate fashion if we the shareholders are not being treated fairly and legally.
We have been shareholders for a long time, we have held our shares and in lieu of profiting from our investment, we are now delegated to becoming activist to ensure we are treated as shareholders.
Dato is our saviour and as such we must wait to see what occurs.
