I thought the business of the Germans not being able to vote was resolved . Wolfgang was steering the boat . No ? I have been buying in small lots but it`s hard for me to see where many others are . If these Germans own a few hundred million shares , wouldn`t this be the perfect time to average down ? It`s not easy . I have been trying for months to get Richard Cushing to buy a measily 100 shares . $13 + comm . No luck . What is it with people . Is this company truly worth so little ?
