Finance news a few minutes ago that Russia is reinstating it`s gold buying program after stopping purchases after nearly 2 years . The sad thing about these sanctions is that they don`t hurt Putin and his pals at all . Putin is the world`s richest man . It hurts the Russian people who have nothing to do with this .
