Alluvial cover usually forms over time where a river runs or previously ran through ground which is rich in gold.
Sustained erosion of the water removes the surrounding rock which has much lower density than the heavier gold which more or less stays in place at relatively shallow depths .
This seems to explain the high grade intercept just below the alluvial cover at the junction and the halo gold from surface sampling .
This is a huge unexplored area that offers company maker discoveries ....and the confirmed 266,000 ounce Munro Bore deposit perhaps doubling given its potential twinning just across the border ,is not much farther away.
The more I review the research, geological setting and drill results of our Murchison assets...900,000+ ounces already in the bag....the more certain I am that the ultimate upside will be in the several millions of ounces.
What a great promotional basket of assets once listed on the ASX..
