Dato and potential buy out

Dato is an astute business person, who has taken Monument Mining for the big ride.
He sold Megapur for 98 million and got 25 million shares of MMY.

He played Baldock, Cathy and Graham at our expence.

Now he is in a position, to take over Monument for less then he received for Megapur.
A 200 million dollar asset for a fraction of the cost and Monument.

I'm in the market adding, as what ever occurs should at a minimum double the share price.

Like my previous posts, we must be prepared to have complaints filled to the regulators if we are not treated properly on a take over.

That scenario is an active one, professed by some objected to by others. He has just sold his Australian copper mine that he bought with Mengapher funds in 2014, making a nice profit. Shortly thereafter,he reacquired 30 m shares of Monument. So, in simplistic terms, buying MMY would provide him with another Malaysian mine  and another  mine in Australia. In the past Graham had control over Goldmet's 54 million shares as noted in the 2014 financial statements.  Now Malaco shares on controlled by Dato. Something is going to occur real soon. Based on Makaco site I would anticipate Monument is about to be taken private and become a Malaco asset.    The Purchase price will be higher then $.12. i cannot locate the company ...more

The 2021 AGM usually takes place in late October or at least it did in 2020. Any unsolicited offer or going private offer might reasonably expected to occur before that date, to avoid redundancy of Meetings. I would certainly be amenable to a decent TO offer Rule 61-501 requires that any amalgamation, arrangement or other business combination (other than in circumstances which do not involve ...more
